Last Thursday, the junior and senior girls had the opportunity to attend a service field trip at House of Hope. House of Hope is an organization that rescues women and children, victims of prostitution and sex trafficking.
In the morning, the girls along with high school teachers helped clean a bodega and afterward, they had the opportunity to listen to two women’s testimony and play with the kids. It was a heartwarming experience that opened eyes to the hard reality of these women that have left their broken life in order to learn about God and obtain some peace of mind. It is my hope and encouragement that NCA students visit these women to offer help in whatever their needs are. This is a great opportunity to help others and strengthen our faith in God.
