Make a “Cool Web Site” page that includes your favorite website with a header and footer.

1. Create a new document and name it coolwebsite.html.
2. In this file, create a three-row frameset. Make the top row 90 pixels high and the bottom row 25 pixels high. The middle row should use up the remaining space.
3. Specify the top pane to load a page called top.html.
4. Specify the bottom pane to load a page called bottom.html.
5. Find one of your favorite web pages on the Internet to use for the middle pane. In the frameset, point the middle section to the full URL of this web page.
6. Change the border to a width of 7 pixels and choose a different color.
7. Create a new page called top.html in the same folder.
8. In this file, design a personalized heading for your favorite web page. Be sure to change the text style, color, and background color. Include your name.
9. Create a new page called bottom.html in the same folder.
10. In this file, center in a small font the URL of the web site referenced in the middle pane.
11. Raise your hand and ask your teacher to grade your assignment on screen.
