Use the following guidelines to create a slideshow presentation on a topic of your choice.
- Using Encarta Encyclopedia or the Internet, research a topic that you don’t know much about. Examples: nuclear reactor, famous chefs, lobster trapping.
- Create a new presentation and select any design template. Choose a title slide for your first slide.
- Type an appropriate title and use your name for the subtitle. Do not change the font.
- Save the file with the name Free Topic.
- Add at least four additional slides and write about different aspects of your topic.
- Add pictures as appropriate.
- Choose a slide transition and use it for all slides.
- Add animation for the main text on all slides except the title slide.
- View the slideshow and make sure the animation is in good order. Slide titles should not be animated.
- Save the modified file.
- Raise your hand and ask your teacher to grade your slideshow on screen.
